Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Customers must ship it to the return address on the label, Smartvac is not responsible for shipping costs.
2. Refunds
- Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. If your refund has not entered your account within 20 days of having posted the item, please contact us at info@thesmartvac.com
- Replacements: If an item shows signs of manufacturing faults or damages, please contact us at info@thesmartvac.com and we will offer a replacement item, pending the return of the damaged item.
3. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: All returns must be approved by us and mailed back to us using the prepaid postage label provided by us.
- Shipping Fees: All products under $80 include shipping fee upon purchase.
4. How to Return Your Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thesmartvac.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return authorisation if required.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@thesmartvac.com. We may ask for photos of the damage and will assist in resolving the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@thesmartvac.com
